Whether you are looking for full support & coaching or just a few tips, we are passionate about supporting VSC teammates in pursuit of your overall health and fitness goals. Check out the options below and choose what suits your needs best!
All abilities welcome! 30 minutes from start to finish group fitness class, including warmup, workout, and mobility cool down. No matter your fitness level, we promise a great workout with abilities to scale or progress to meet indivdiual needs. Wear comfy clothes you can move in!

Simply schedule a consult and indicate 'health & fitness screen' in the 'reason' section.
